Refund Policy

1. Memberships

Memberships can be cancelled with a minimum of 7 days’ notice before the next payment is due. Cancellations must be made by contacting us directly via email or in person at the gym.

 

2. Class Bookings

Once a class has been booked, it is non-refundable. This includes drop-in sessions and class passes.

 

3. Merchandise

Items pre-ordered and collected in-store are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.

Faulty items may be exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
