I am the head coach and founder with 12 years Muay Thai experience, training in Thailand and England, I bring high level coaching to a range of individuals, at all stages from beginners to fighters.

Muay Thai is a tool I have used to empower myself and now it's something I want to give to you. In our first year I produced 2x fighters with more on the way, we've built a small welcoming community and ending our first year by moving into our very own Unit and opening the doors to Gon Muay Thai Academy 05/01/2026.

It's not exciting, it's not flashy and it's repetitive but we are building a really strong foundation that will last.

Here we work on the hook and to reduce the power and execute proper technique first.

@alannah_19av first outing with me and she did amazing in a super close fight, it could have gone either way and extremely valuable lessons and we are only just getting started.

The novice stage I would say is the most important but of your Muay Thai journey, where you build your foundation and muscle memory, as this is what you'll rely on when you are tired.
